This approach works directly with the body’s physiology—specifically the fight, flight, and freeze responses—to help release stored survival energy and restore the nervous system to a natural state of balance, health, and resilience.

What Happens in a Session

✶ Each session is a collaborative experience. We'll begin by checking in, then gently track sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. You may experience shifts like a deep breath, a wave of emotion, or a new insight arising. These are all signs that your body is processing and releasing what it no longer needs to carry.

I hold safe space for you to grow a relationship with your feelings and sensations in your body. Rather than analyze their meaning, we give space to be present with what is simply there. And from this place, new realizations occur. You may experience a grounded knowing in what steps to take (or not to take) next.

✶ When we begin to heal through our physiology, our true path becomes illuminated with grounded clarity. 

You do not need to rehash your story to heal, though I am always available to hear whatever is on your mind. Instead, sessions are rooted in following your body and intuition.

Somatic Journey (3 Month Commitment)

For those ready to go deeper, receive consistent sessions over the course of 3 months or more. This journey includes optional online support via email or voice memo check-ins.
