You can book these modalities individually or experience them in combination through my signature two-hour session, Embodied Evolution. Whether you’re coming for a one-time session or committing to a deeper series, this work provides personalized care that relieves pain, reconnects you to yourself, and renews your spirit.
Integrative Massage Therapy
More than just massage, these sessions combine skilled therapeutic touch with intuitive presence to release deep muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance. Using integrative techniques tailored to your body, this work invites lasting relief, deep relaxation, and whole-body harmony.

ThaiVedic Bodywork
ThaiVedic bodywork is a fluid, meditative massage incorporating dynamic stretches with deep acupressure and muscular release. This relaxing, yet supportive style of bodywork blends Thai massage, Ayurvedic wisdom and other ancient and modern healing modalities into a unique, holistic and integrative session.
Somatic Experiencing™ (SE) is a gentle, body-based approach to healing that helps restore regulation to your nervous system. It supports you in processing stress, integrating emotions, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and presence.

Embodied Evolution is a signature offering that blends massage or ThaiVedic bodywork with Somatic Experiencing to provide deeply holistic support. Available as a one-time reset or ongoing journey, this work helps unwind deep-rooted patterns and create lasting, embodied change. It’s more than support—it’s a space for real transformation.
Alignment Yoga
Heart-centered yoga that blends anatomical precision with intuitive, embodied movement. These one-on-one or small group sessions support strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation—while helping you reconnect to a grounded, empowered sense of self. It’s a playful, transformative practice for body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga can be booked as a standalone session or integrated into your Embodied Evolution experience.
